When you shop at kbstudio.dk

When you place your order via our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation to your email. Once you have received an order confirmation, a binding agreement has been entered into.

When we ship the item(s) from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with further information, including a tracking number.

Please note that VAT is only included for EU countries. Customs and local taxes may be imposed upon receipt.

 

Price errors and product reservations

We are continuously updating our range, prices and descriptions on the website. Unfortunately, errors may occur. We therefore make reservations for price errors, typos, out-of-stock items and inaccuracies in product descriptions.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order if there has been a significant error in the pricing or description of the item. In such cases, you will of course be contacted as soon as possible.

Please note that colors on products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen, as different screens have different color reproduction. We do our best to ensure that the images are as accurate as possible.

 

Payment

At kbstudio.dk you can pay with the following payment methods:

MasterCard, Visa, and Dankort.

The amount for the goods will only be debited from your account when the goods are shipped.

 

Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses in both Denmark and several countries outside Denmark.

We ship on Fridays until 12:00. If you have placed your order before then, you can expect it to be shipped the same day.

Our delivery times depend on your country. The expected delivery times are as follows:

Denmark: 1-3 business days

Europe: 2-5 business days

Rest of the world: 3-6 business days

For countries outside the EU, delays may occur due to customs checks. In general, delays may also occur during busy periods, for example around Christmas and during periods with many public holidays.

Delivery has a fixed price - to Denmark 45.00 DKK, to abroad 175.00 DKK

 

Right of withdrawal and return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. If you have purchased multiple items, you can choose to only cancel part of the delivery.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item or the person you have chosen has received it.

If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is void if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the sales price significantly. The products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received, and in the original packaging. Otherwise, you will receive a refund corresponding to the condition of the goods.

 

What do I do if I want to cancel?

If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires that you want to cancel your purchase. You can notify us by sending an email to info@kbstudio.dk

In your message, you must clearly inform us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, as well as whether you want to return all or part of your purchase and your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation that you received when you placed your order.

 

Do you want to exchange an item - different color / different size?

Our exchange procedure is exactly the same as our return procedure. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, you must return the item as described above and then place a new order for the desired color or size. We will refund the full amount of the returned items once we have received your package.

 

Forgot to pick up your package?

If you forget to pick up your package at the selected parcel shop, it will automatically be sent back to us. In this case, we will refund the amount of the purchased items, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

 

Damaged packages?

The items are insured during shipping, and we kindly ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can refund the price of the item. Please send us pictures of the package, packaging and damaged items to info@kbstudio.dk

After approval, we will send you a free return label and ask you to return the package to us. Once we have received the item, we will replace the item or refund the price of the item if it is no longer in stock.

 

How to return

Please note that items purchased on kbstudio.dk can also be returned in our physical store. Items purchased in our physical store can only be returned in the store and can be exchanged for another product or a gift card.

The return of the goods must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the goods.

You must pay the costs in connection with your return. You must send the goods to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept return packages sent to parcel shops.

 

Refund of the purchase price in case of cancellation

If you regret your entire purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to you including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply If you only wish to return parts of your order, we will not refund any delivery costs.

We will refund the purchase price when we have received your returned goods. You will be notified of the refund when we have completed the return, and you can expect to see the amount in your account 3-7 business days thereafter.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly accepted another form of refund, such as a credit note. Refunds are always free of charge for you.

 

Packaging and condition of the item upon return

When you return an item to us, you must return it in its original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging to check the item, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, this is a decrease in value, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price equal to the decrease in value before the purchase price is refunded.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the item until we have received it.

 

Complaints

According to the Danish Sales Act, as a customer, you have a 2-year right of complaint if the item has a defect. This means that you are generally entitled to have the item repaired or exchanged. If the repair cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, you may instead receive a discount on the price or a refund of the purchase price, depending on the circumstances.

 

How do I complain?

If you wish to complain about a defect, you must send an email to info@kbstudio.dk within a reasonable time. We recommend that you complain to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect.

Send us a picture of the product together with a description of the defect and your order number.

If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product at no cost to you.

When returning the item, you must ensure that the item is properly packaged and ensure that you receive a receipt so that we can refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Intellectual property

kbstudio.dk and all content on the website, including design, text and images, is protected by copyright and trademark law. This content belongs to karen.bjelke and may not be copied, downloaded or used without our prior written consent.

 

Processing of personal data

By completing a purchase, you agree to our privacy policy. We process your information to fulfill our agreement with you, including processing payment, preparing and shipping your order. We use external suppliers (e.g. squarespace and payment processors) to provide services on our behalf, which means that your data is transferred to these third parties.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Purchases of goods on kbstudio.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory EU regulations.

If you wish to complain about a purchase from our webshop, you must first send an email to our customer service info@kbstudio.dk

If we are unable to find a solution together, you can file a complaint with the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints. If we do not agree on a solution here, you as the buyer can proceed to the Consumer Complaints Board.
